Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your product was received, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Because all products in this shop are made to order (printed specifically for you after your purchase), they are classified as custom-made goods. Under EU law and our policy, these items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (returns due to a “change of heart”).

However, we take great pride in our art and offer a Quality Guarantee for issues involving manufacturing errors.

Exchanges for Damages & Misprints

We will replace items if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival. We also cover items lost in transit (for tracked orders).

If your claim for a damaged or misprinted item is approved, you do not have to return the original item. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Send an email to shop@muepin.art within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Important: Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or the misprinted area.
  4. We will relay your claim to our fulfillment partner, Printful, and notify you of the approval as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are generally only issued if a replacement for a defective item is not possible or if an order is lost in transit and cannot be fulfilled again.

  • Once your claim is processed and approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Returns

In the rare event that a return of a physical item is requested (e.g., for non-personalized items where applicable):

  • Return Address: Since products are fulfilled from different global locations, the correct return address is located on your packing slip.
  • Shipping Costs: As a small business, we cannot cover return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns (where applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
