Products are manufactured and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
2. Contract Conclusion The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the [Buy/Order] button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
3. Fulfillment via Printful
- Production: Our products are “made to order.” Once you place an order, the data is transmitted to Printful for production.
- Terms of Service: By ordering, you acknowledge that the production and shipping are subject to Printful’s technical and logistical standards. You can view Printful’s Terms of Service here: https://www.printful.com/policies/terms-of-service.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
- All prices are total prices (plus shipping costs).
- Since the products are shipped via Printful, shipping costs and delivery times depend on the recipient’s location and the specific Printful fulfillment center.
5. Returns and Damaged Goods
- Quality Assurance: Because the quality of our art is our top priority, we accept returns and exchanges in the event of misprints, damage, or production defects.
- Deadlines: Please inspect your items upon arrival. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted in writing (via email to shop@muepin.art) within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Procedure: In the event of a legitimate defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund in cooperation with our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please do not return any goods to us or Printful without prior consultation.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Exclusion for Individualization)
- Please note that according to EU law (and specifically § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB in Germany), the statutory right of withdrawal (“return within 14 days without giving a reason”) does not apply to goods that are manufactured specifically to order (Print-on-Demand).
- Therefore, an exchange or return due to a change of heart (without the presence of a defect) is excluded. Your aforementioned rights regarding damaged or defective goods remain, of course, unaffected by this.
7. Delivery and Shipping Delivery is handled by Printful’s shipping partners. Muepin Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Any customs fees incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Liability and Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply. We are not liable for slight color deviations between the digital preview and the final printed product, as these are technically unavoidable in the printing process.
9. Final Provisions Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The law of EU / Germany applies.
